Vinden NL ® is a meta-search instrument which collects results from alltheweb ®, altavista ®,
bing ®, msn ®, yahoo®
and the metasearches cuil ®
and gigablast ®. It does not include results from aol ®, ask ®, and google ® for all of
which separate statistics are presented.
Specific references to self-financing aspects in the various search-key groups have
generally been excluded as the work and projects presented at website www.flowman.nl
dominate all such lists.
While results towards the top of search engine
lists appear to be reasonably stable, they are subject to variation from day to
day. The total number of hits reported on a given search key can change sharply
from enquiry to enquiry in accordance with global system use.
