01. E-course : Diploma in Integrated Development
(Dip. Int. Dev. )
Edition 355 : 14 June, 2013.
(Français)
List of
references in alphabetical order of authors
The course for the Diploma
in Integrated Development (Dip. Int. Dev.) is an on-line e-learning course. For
the convenience of students, most, but not all, references used are available
on-line. The links used are therefore
subject to web-site changes, which are frequent. Links are checked. However,
there will nearly always be links in the list which are not up-to-date. If you
find any, please inform us at e-mail : bakensverzet@xs4all.nl
.
The Model for integrated
development touches a wide range of academic sectors and subjects. The presentation
of a detailed list of references for all sectors and subjects would on its own
constitute a major academic enterprise, without providing a great deal of added value to the Diploma course. The
reference list is therefore mainly limited to works cited during the course.
Some of the works cited in turn contain
useful reference lists for students wishing to deepen their research on
specific topics.
Many formal and academic
sources tend to re-state problems instead of providing practical solutions to
them. Original, down-to-earth ,constructive work is quite rare and sometimes
comes from “unexpected” sources. The
frequency of citation of a reference is not necessarily a reflection of its
quality ! A good example of this is the Plan of
Implementation of the Millennium Goals.
The table can be indexed
under any of the headings heading, using Word. Separate lists by Title,
Publishing details, Citation, and Block are not supplied at the website because
of the amount of the maintenance work involved in keeping them up to date.
Anyone wishing at any time to receive a list organised according to any other
heading, for instance by Block, please e-mail us at bakensverzet@xs4all.nl with as subject “Send course reference list by [Block]”. It is not necessary to put any text in the
body of the message.
